Since 1977, owner Bob Carlson has built quality relationships and homes across Lake Minnetonka, Wayzata, and beyond, that are distinctive to each client through a high-touch, hands-on approach. Carlson’s hands go to work in the dirt as much as they do in the blueprints, ensuring every step of the process is the absolute best it can be. Perhaps this work ethic is rooted in his teenage years as a landscaper or becoming a project manager through on-the-job learning, or, more simply – it’s just unrelenting passion and enthusiasm for crafting homes that stand the test of time and trend.

With more than 100 homes completed, there’s no signs of slowing down. Each project promises a new set of design and lifestyle challenges that guarantees a beautiful, high-quality home that no one else will have.
